Why should I do this?
Your introduction to SCUBA provides the experience and thrill of diving under the supervision of an instructor in the pool without the commitment involved in a full certification course. You'll master some basic concepts and skills while discovering new excitement and adventure. Nothing compares to the weightless exilaration of breathing underwater and only a diver knows that feeling. Admit it - you've always wanted to try it!!
What will I do?
- You will first meet in the classroom in street clothes where you will complete a waiver and short medical form. (Any "yes" answers will require a physician's signature on a long medical form.) Then you will watch a short video and be briefed on techniques to dive safely lin the pool.
- Then we will change to bathing suits and head to the pool to parctice your new skills while having fun in the new environment. All equipment is provided, bring only your swim suit and towel. The entire experience takes about 2 hours.
How do I get started?
- Register at desired location or with us.
- Show up with swimsuit, pad lock for your locker, and enthusiasm.
Prerequisites
- Age: 10 and older.
- Youth under age of 18 must have parent signature on waiver/medical form
